Product Training and Consulting

Get benefits from our software sooner by utilizing our installation and training service. We provide training for our Networking, Monitoring and Testing Products. We offer Web training, which includes a live instructor and remote viewing capabilities. Also offered is Onsite training. All training Web or Onsite is customized to the customer's needs and requirements.

Services

Many customers do not want to staff or purchase the necessary software tools to complete test or analytical tasks. By providing our offerings as a service our customers can benefit from both the tool and the system expert. For some of our tools there can be a use charge for the software. Our service offerings provide the consultant and software tools to resolve network and application performance problems, test functionality and load/stress test systems.

Test services include design assistance for automated regression testing, application performance evaluation, load or stress testing of an application, evaluating and stress testing the production network before application deployment and network base lining and configuration services.

Network services include network troubleshooting, network base lining and application performance analysis For our Analyzer customers we offer experts to assit you in interpreting the results.
